HushMat Trunk Kit

HUSHMAT reduces noise and heat from entering the vehicle through the trunk.  If you are installing trunk floor carpet, trunk trim the first place to start is apply the HushMat Trunk Kit to the Trunk Floor and Rear Quarter Panels.    HushMat is a self-adhesive, butyl rubber, foil backed damping material.   HushMat reduces noise and heat from the exhaust and stops rattles and vibrations with one material.   Place HushMat directly on the trunk floor and inside of the outer skin of the quarter panels.   Your customer will feel like they are riding in a new vehicle.   Cool, Quiet and Comfortable with HushMat.   HushMat is always the 1st step in every automotive upholstery install.   

• HushMat has been manufactured in the USA for the automotive industry since 1989.  HushMat bonds to all automotive surfaces and adhesion is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle!  
• HushMat requires no surface cleaning with acetone or other harmful chemicals.  Simply vacuum out loose dirt and debris and then peel and stick HushMat.    
• HushMat is provided in the Universal Trunk Kit and contains 10 sheets that are 12” x 23” each (19 sq ft) to treat the trunk of most vehicles.  Busy upholstery shops can purchase in bulk kits for use in multiple installs.   
• HUSHMAT is rated to perform from -30 degrees F to +550 degrees F.   Over 200 degrees higher than any competitive material.  HushMat can be applied to both pre-painted and top-coated metal surfaces.   HUSHMAT superior adhesion characteristics provide excellent corrosion resistance.   The superior adhesive properties of HUSHMAT allow it to be used in horizontal (floor pan and trunk floor), vertical (doors, quarter panels and wheel wells) or inverted applications (roof).
