Our company has been doing business with King Keyston/Keyston for more than 30 years. In that time, our custom Yacht Interior and Marine Canvas business has grown to need a wide assortment of Keyston’s products. The variety and quality of the products themselves is always important, but even more so is the customer service provided by our Sales Representative, the warehouse manager, and the store manage. Customer service is very important to me and our business. When I call and ask questions about products or need samples, my receiving timely responses and follow through is where it counts … the service portion of any business determines my continued relationship with that company. All three of my regular personnel contacts with the Anaheim Keyston Store consistently fulfill this necessity on my part.
I deal with many vendors every day and I have to applaud Keyston for their wonderful service and quick response. Our Sales Rep does a wonderful job communicating with me and whenever I call your office, Shane Ackerman and Greg Chaffee are always there to answer any question I have. It is my pleasure to work with your team and I am thankful for the support, information, laughs, and everything your team assists me with each time I contact them! Boulevard Customs of Saint Petersburg, FL has done business with the crew at Keyston Bros. since our inception over 15 years ago. We have other suppliers available to us locally also and have used them occasionally, but the lion’s share of our business has been given to Keyston due to the exceptional customer service we’ve always received there. Another advantage is the fact that the majority of our needs are regularly in stock. “When Keyston Bros. bought out CMK we were apprehensive at first since buyouts usually mean a complete restructuring which is not always a good thing. However, this has not been the case here. If anything, the service seems to have gotten better!
I’ve been buying from Keyston Bros. since I opened my business in 1984. They were the first upholstery distributor I bought from, and I will continue to buy from them as long as I’m in business. They have always been easy to talk to and easy to order from. They are always willing to help me find what I need even if they don’t carry it, which has made me a loyal customer of theirs.
